The new series with Ronja von Rönne has been online since today. In the almost half-hour episodes, she goes in search of happiness in its many different facets. I was responsible for the pilot episode (“The Time Of Your Life”) and the studio shoots.

The jury of the 31st Filmkunstfest Mecklenburg-Vorpommern awards the prize for best cinematography to Florian Lampersberger and Christian Trieloff for their work on the documentary MID SAISON.

Clear, deliberately set, atmospheric images give the world of the trainees in the hotel industry a cinematic dimension that never formally pushes itself to the fore, but always serves the narrative and closeness to the protagonists. The images in the field of tension between confinement and stagnation and the possibility of breaking out into the open remain in the memory.
